CARL FISCHER LOFT

A large loft with sweeping views of downtown Manhattan, the apartment consists of two overlapping rectangles, providing a natural separation of public and private spaces. The resulting open kitchen layout maintains visual connections to the living area and cityscape beyond. Straight lines, ebony stained woods and a subdued paint palette convey a modern sensibility while generously sized windows immerse the loft with warm natural light.
